We want you to be completely satisfied with the product. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return the items within 45 days of receiving.  Shipping charges are not refundable.

In our free shipping offer for $100 or more, the return amount will be excluding the shipping amount we spent.

However, that the customer is responsible for shipping the merchandise back to us, and the merchandise must be in its original condition in order to qualify for a full refund. Please attach a copy of invoice.

A 15% restocking charge may be charged for items returned not in the original product packaging.
